Shipping and Returns Policy

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We want you to love VERAS PROTECTOR HOOD as much we do, and if, for any reason, there is an issue with your order, please go to our online returns form below. Submitting a return request is easy. This return request will need to be completed within 14 days of receiving your order. Your request (replacement or refund) will be evaluated by our team, and we will advise you on if your request is approved or not.
Once your refund or replacement has been approved, carefully pack your return item(s) into a box and include all original packaging and paperwork and send it to us or return it directly to our Brisbane studio.
Please include any additional paperwork supplied to you by Australia Post (if postal damage is the reason for your return) and post it back to us.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we have received your email, we will respond with a solution. If approved, you will need to post or hand deliver your order back to our Brisbane Studio . We do not cover the cost of returning your Hood to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs from your purchase are non-refundable, except where the product was damaged in the post.
When we have received and inspected your return, we will advise you via email. If a refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Depending on the payment method and issuing bank, this process could take anywhere between 2-12 business days, excluding bank holidays.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us via our returns form within 14 days of the order being received. The VERAS PROTECTOR HOODS being returned must be in the same condition as you received it, completely unused and in its original packaging. If the item has been damaged through the post, please send it back as you received it so we can follow up with the delivery provider. Once we have received the return, we will either process a replacement or refund. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

EXCEPTIONS AND NON - RETURNABLE ITEMS

Once we have received the return, we will send you a replacement if appropriate. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

ORDER CANCELATION

Please choose carefully! We pride ourselves in processing orders quickly, so most orders are completed within 2 business days. If you change your mind, email us as soon as you can, however, you may need to wait until you have received your order if it's already been processed. If this happens, we will notify you in writing to wait for the order and to return it to us on delivery.
Please note: we may, from time to time, update these conditions without notice, so please check this policy each time you may want to do a replacement or refund.  

SHIPPING

Domestic.

We deliver all Australian orders by Sendle, and a signature is not required on delivery. Please note that Sendle doesn't deliver to PO Boxes.

International.

We deliver to the following countries:

United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States.
